By purchasing or using my app/service, the client agrees to the following terms:

• Ownership & Service Rights — The original app/service, custom structure, setup, maintenance history, and service framework provided by me remain subject to my service policies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-Party Transfer or Developer Change — If the client decides, after any period of time (including after 1 year or more), to transfer the project, app, source, database, panel, or related services to another developer/provider, I reserve the right to charge a service transfer fee, migration fee, maintenance clearance fee, or handover fee based on my own service policy.
• Access Limitation Until Fee Clearance — Until all applicable fees are fully paid, I may withhold transfer-related services, including but not limited to: source code handover, database export, server or hosting transfer, admin panel credentials, API/configuration transfer, technical support for migration.
• No Legal Claim Without Settlement — If the client refuses or fails to pay the required transfer/service fee, they acknowledge that they will not have the right to force access, transfer, or claim legal action against me regarding withheld migration-related services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Custom Work Protection — Any custom systems, optimizations, security layers, or proprietary configurations developed by me may remain protected until transfer obligations are fulfilled.
• Agreement Acceptance — By using my service, the client confirms they understand and accept these terms before purchase or continued use.
• Final Authority on Service Charges — Service, migration, or handover fees may vary depending on project complexity, and final fee determination remains under my service structure unless a prior contract states otherwise.

Important Note: These terms apply to service, maintenance, and transfer support. Ownership of fully purchased intellectual property or rights may still depend on the original written agreement and local law.
